Final payments

Service cancellations

If a course, service window, or supplier item becomes unavailable, we will work with you on alternatives.

  • If a supplier cannot fulfill an order after confirmation, we help arrange a replacement where possible.
  • Account misuse or policy violations may lead to suspension without refunds.

  • Report the problem with timestamps and receipts to speed up resolution.
  • When an error is confirmed on our side, we will refund or credit the impacted charge.
